1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any part of the mibajee platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the mibajee Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform. These documents are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the complete agreement between you and mibajee.

If you are accessing mibajee on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. mibajee reserves the right to refuse access to the platform to any individual or entity at its absolute discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail. By proceeding to use the mibajee platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To access the full range of mibajee services, including casino games, sports betting markets, and withdrawal facilities, you must register a personal account. Registration is open to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria simultaneously:

• You are at least 18 years of age. mibajee is strictly an adult platform and operates a zero-tolerance policy towards underage gambling.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) using the account exclusively for personal entertainment purposes.
• You are not prohibited by applicable law in your jurisdiction from participating in online gambling.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of mibajee or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment processing partners.
• You have not previously had a mibajee account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are registering with accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one mibajee account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any pending bonuses or winnings.

mibajee performs Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification on all accounts prior to processing the first withdrawal. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card or passport) and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. mibajee reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within 30 days of the first withdrawal request may be suspended until verification is completed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mibajee account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. mibajee will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to keep your login details secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify mibajee support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected].

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

mibajee processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Deposits and withdrawals are facilitated exclusively through the payment methods listed on the mibajee cashier page at the time of the transaction. Accepted methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. mibajee reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Funds deposited into a mibajee account are held exclusively for the purpose of gaming on the mibajee platform. mibajee maintains player funds in a designated account separate from operational funds. However, mibajee does not pay interest on player balances and does not hold funds as a regulated financial institution or bank.

In the event of suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms, mibajee reserves the right to freeze a player's account balance, delay withdrawal processing, and refer the matter to relevant financial intelligence or law enforcement authorities. Players who initiate chargebacks via their payment provider will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation.

4. Bonus & Promotion Terms

mibajee offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general bonus rules, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements before any winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires ৳20,000 in qualifying bets before a withdrawal can be requested.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage or not at all. Contribution rates are specified on each promotion page.
• Bonus Expiry: Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds and any associated free spins expire 14 calendar days from the date of crediting. Expired bonuses and any winnings generated from them are automatically removed from the player's account.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold and wager one active bonus at a time. Depositing while a bonus is active does not trigger a second bonus unless the active bonus has been completed or forfeited.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet per round or per sports selection is ৳2,000 (or the currency equivalent). Bets exceeding this limit during bonus play may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Bonus Abuse: mibajee reserves the right to withhold bonus payments and any associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, advantage play, or any strategy designed to extract guaranteed profit from bonus funds regardless of game outcome.
• Welcome Bonus Eligibility: The mibajee welcome bonus is available to new players making their first qualifying deposit only. One welcome bonus per household, device, and payment method applies.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the mibajee platform are governed by the individual game rules supplied by the relevant certified third-party provider (including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi), as well as the general betting rules set out in this section.

Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems independently tested by the respective game providers. mibajee has no control over individual game outcomes and does not manipulate, modify, or interfere with the RNG systems of any game offered on the platform. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee any particular outcome in any individual session.

For sports betting markets, including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports available on the mibajee sportsbook, the following general rules apply:

• All bets are accepted and settled at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport as published on the mibajee betting rules page.
• mibajee reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the result was known prior to the bet being accepted (late betting), or where there is evidence of match manipulation or spot fixing.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. Current limits are displayed in the mibajee sportsbook. mibajee reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market at its discretion.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the live betting rules published on the platform. mibajee does not guarantee the availability of in-play markets on any particular event.
• In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed odds value and the system-recorded odds at the time of bet placement, the system-recorded odds shall be authoritative.

mibajee reserves the right to restrict bet amounts, refuse bets, or close markets at any time at its sole discretion. Such decisions are final and are not subject to appeal or dispute through external arbitration.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mibajee platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Multi-Accounting: Creating or using more than one mibajee account, whether under your own identity or another person's identity, is strictly forbidden.
• Fraudulent Deposits: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods to fund a mibajee account. This includes the use of payment accounts not registered in your own name.
• Money Laundering: Using the mibajee platform to conceal, transfer, or legitimise funds derived from illegal activity. mibajee is required by international AML (anti-money laundering) best practices to report suspicious transaction patterns.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live poker or multiplayer game formats.
• Use of Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence assistants, or any other automated software to play games, place bets, or interact with the platform on your behalf.
• Exploitation of Software Errors: Deliberately exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in any game or platform feature for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors will be forfeited.
• Chargeback Abuse: Initiating unauthorised payment chargebacks or payment disputes after using deposited funds for gambling activity.
• Abusive Behaviour: Using threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or harassing language towards mibajee support staff or other players on any part of the platform.
• Proxy / VPN Circumvention: Using VPNs, proxy servers, or other tools to obscure your true location for the purpose of circumventing access restrictions.

mibajee employs fraud detection systems and manual review processes that continuously monitor platform activity for indicators of prohibited conduct. Detection of any prohibited activity will result in an immediate investigation, during which the account and associated funds may be frozen pending the outcome.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

mibajee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or prohibited conduct, failure to complete KYC verification, provision of false or misleading registration information, suspected underage gambling, and requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

When an account is closed due to a suspected breach of these Terms, mibajee may withhold the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part. If no breach is confirmed, any remaining balance will be returned to the player via the payment method used for the most recent deposit.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their mibajee account may do so at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player via the registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times.

Players who have activated self-exclusion through the mibajee Responsible Gaming tools may not request voluntary account closure during the self-exclusion period as a means of circumventing the exclusion. Requests of this nature will be declined and the self-exclusion period will remain active.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mibajee, its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and technology providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the mibajee platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or financial losses resulting from gameplay outcomes.

mibajee does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. mibajee will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access, particularly in the event of scheduled maintenance windows, infrastructure failures, telecommunications disruptions, or force majeure events.

In the event of a technical malfunction that results in a game being interrupted mid-round, mibajee will make reasonable efforts to honour the game outcome if it can be reliably reconstructed from server logs. In cases where the outcome cannot be determined, the bet will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account. mibajee's liability in any such case is limited to returning the original stake amount and does not extend to any expected or hypothetical winnings.

mibajee shall not be responsible for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, internet infrastructure failures, payment provider outages, or changes in applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international commercial law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the mibajee complaints procedure shall be subject to binding arbitration. mibajee's complaints procedure is set out on the FAQ page and is accessible to all registered players at any time.

mibajee reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, mibajee will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address on file or via an in-platform notification. Continued use of the mibajee platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
